Good to know
Do I need my own bike?
No. Bikes can be rented for the tour: from 9 PLN per hour for city tours, or 45 PLN per day for full-day trips.
Which languages do you guide in?
All tours are guided in English or Polish.
Can children join?
Yes, families are very welcome. We adapt the route and the pace to your children; on our trip around Czorsztyn Lake the youngest riders were five and six.
Can I do the tours on foot?
Yes. The Royal Route, the Jewish Quarter and Ojców National Park can be done on foot, and so can any private tour.
How big can a group be?
From one person to large school and business groups: 10, 50 or 150 people. For big groups we work with several licensed guides. Prices depend on the size of your group; you’ll find the details on each tour page.
Are prices per person or per group?
It depends on the tour; most city tours are priced per group. Prices are net; each option on the tour page shows what’s included and what you pay on the day, such as tickets, bike rental or lunch.
What if it rains?
Our tours go ahead in the rain too. In case of severe weather, your guide will contact you with options. You can always cancel a tour, but cancelling at very short notice may incur a cancellation fee.
