She is not only a guide but also a ski instructor, and had a lot of patience to teach us first timers how to go down the slopes. We received a lot of good information about Zakopane and Southern Poland, too, which was a great addition to our trip. She's very friendly and took great care of our group (including many of them who couldn't speak English, but her knowledge of Spanish worked pretty well for us). I'd wholeheartedly recommend her as a guide for whatever you're planning to do in Poland! …

Our guide was very friendly and welcoming, speaking perfect English. She captivated us with the fascinating history of Krakow and we were deeply moved when she took us to visit the Jewish district and spoke about it's heritage. Our only regret was that we didn't do this sooner. We cannot recommend highly enough and we have already made a booking for a bike tour for our next visit.
